It turns out some parts are missing. I didn't look closely when the stuff arrived but it seems there wae a missing package. Too soon for a UPs claim but Full Race is trying to get the replacement parts ASAP. They have been great so far and I'm sure they'll take care of it even though it isn't really their problem...
