I was wondering where people have settled with cam gear settings for their gsc s1 cams while utilizing a evo8,9 or fp-grn/20g-lt style turbo while on pump gas?

i plan on sticking them in @ 0/0 & go from there, but if others have experimented, could you please share your findings/impressions?

well, so far i am @ -3/-2, it pulls better up top without much loss of grunt down low.

i have tried 0/0, -2/-2 here is a rpm/boost compare.

i havent logged the -3/-2 yet.

 

The GSC S1s are ground on 107/115 LCs (111 deg LSA), so a -3/-2 setting brings that to 113/111 LCs with a 112 deg LSA.

If more top end is what you want, you're headed in the right direction.

 

set them at -3,-3 and for 1/4mile racing -4,-1
