2nd Yes diaqueen is the only thing i would put in my Xfer case some people say redline is fine BUT, i just dont see using anything but OEM oil. Order it from a dealership and pick it up if you can if not its gonna be alot for "chemical shipping"

(Ah, yesss. perhaps a pinch of the eye-of-newt...)Never seen this one before and I am just wondering about the reasoning. (Def. not trying to hassle you, just wondering what each product brings to the formula and if they have any issues interacting with each other)

For the transfer, use what others have said only OEM GL5 90wt LSD Gear Oil (Part # MIT3775610). I fried a TC from putting Redline in back in 2003 after a quick Portland-Seattle run. Dealer warrantied because they put the fluid in. Fried another TC shortly after but thats another story
edit - for Tom the Redline tranny cocktail has been around a while, many have used it with success in their DSMs.

I bought my car used, and I,m pretty sure that it still had the original factory fill in the TC at 12,000 Km. I dumped the factory Diaqueen and switched to Motul ff Competition synthetic 75W-140(I know, I know...my TC will sure self destruct soon). I´ve been running the stuff ever since and I haven´t had any problems to date(40,000+ Km.).
