Truly appreciated!
Any quiet exhaust will be more restrictive than br exhaust.
Its a very simple formula, quieter = restrictive and louder = more open .
Any exhaust you put on that is quieter will make less power, end of story. Adding a hfc will make it quieter, but you'll loose about 15 whp and will need to get tuned so you don't run rich.
Personally I rather like the Turbo XS exhaust. (not the XS Power)

I have a Perrin dp, RRE Rally Cat and Works cat back. All of the pipe is 3 inch and the volume is very tolerable. I had a Blitz cat back with a UR test pipe before the current setup and it was way too loud.
Resonated test pipe as a fix if there is one that fits your current exhaust or the Rhys Millen catback as a replacement. Couple the RMR catback with a resonated test pipe as this particular catback is a universal fitment with no proprietary lengths and it will be extremely quiet.
