my buschur turbo kit bolts keep on backing out!!!!!!

ok i just got a buschur gt30r turbo kit and the manifold to turbo bolts always keep on backing out!!!!!!
what can i do?

does any body sell studs with lock washers???
what do you guys torque the 4 bolts to????

i'm running the helix downpipe and i was thinking maybe adding a flex pipe would help or making some kind of brace to support the turbo?\

the 4 bolts that hole the turbo keep on backing out

The heat resistant Loctite is rated at 500F. That won't hold up for his application.

You'd be surprised at the amount of "over-engineering" in heat resistant locktite.

Yes, but could it withstand the high temp and impact of a Hadouken? I think not...

I had a similar problem but found that the bolts weren't just backing out but stretching all together; I even had the bolts safety wired. I ended up using ARP studs which seemed to cure the problem.

LOL !!!!!
That is some great wit Exciting News!!!
Nothing can survive a Haduken.

Really though, we use it in/on power plant parts in our shop. It is quite amazing stuff. I will not guarantee it, but it may be worth a shot. External Mani temps don't exceed 1300F. o2 housing is even cooler. Flanges are thick. It could work.
