You can drill into the manifold, pin the studs in to the manifold. Use castle nuts with a saftey pin. If its done correctly it will not fail.

BR probably can sell you studs (they shipped mine with studs). Install the studs into the turbo first and tighten them (you'll have to double nut). Install the turbo from the bottom and use metal lock nuts (all of this was shipped with my BR 3065 kit). I re-torqued after a couple heat cycles and no problems.
There's a place here near me in (COVINA) Called KING BOLT and they have everything!!!....

You must make sure that you are torquing "hot side" bolts/nuts/studs when the car is at operating temperature. This will make a huge difference.
