What spring comes in a MBC from Forge?
If I plan on running 21psi will I need a different spring?

nope use the spring it came with ....
the soft one, if you use the stiff one you lowest boost setting is gonna be like 26 PSi

i had soft one in and turned to 40click gave me about 22 psi
