help with spark plugs

i have all of the mods listed below and i want to change my spark plugs
should i go one step colder than stock and put in NGK BPR8ES

No need leave in what you got. But yea it would not hurt to put in BRP8ES you just have to change them about every 3k.

will colder plugs make more hp or tq or do they just help to prevent detonation and can you tell a difference between using 7's or 8's and are 8's safer

I've heard that too, but I've been running my BPR8ES for almost 2 years and 11K miles now and car runs fine. I'm running 23psi tapering to 21 at redline, never had any problems with the plugs. Actually pulled them 1 month ago and look fine. I'll probably change them before the end of the year just in case but just wanted to point out they should be fine running them for more than 3K miles. No missing or fouled plugs for me so far.
