Sorry, forgot to include all of my mods.

HKS 30th ann catback, UR test pipe, HKS downpipe, Titek O2 housing, 10.5 hotside, Ported stock exhaust manifold, HKS RS intake, Walbro 255, Hallman MBC, JDM MR BOV, and obviously the GSC S1 cams.

My friends has all those mods, except he did have full IC pipes and a 3" downpipe and HKS 272's. Same cat delet, BOV, catback, FP, etc, ported manifold, 10.5, etc.

 

Yeah and sorry to ruin the video thread, I didn't mean to intrude.

Just thought inquiring minds might be curious. The untuned idle is kind of rough, but after some tweaks it gets a lot better.

 

Nice we sell both HKS and GSC cams, but the S1's are by far my favorite for upto 500hp. Awesome power and driveability.

 

when i got tunned they didnt do too much to fix the cams so its practically the same, but its totally fine driving it EVERYDAY.. and i did get my cams the day before i got tunned but was kinda disappointed =/ it was weird cos i got 315 on a dynodynamics but it was corrected to run like a dynojet i heard.. got it dynoed at THESHOP.. everyone thought it was weird also.. i had a compression test and a boost leak test done and everything checked out fine.. they told me my intercooler was really killing me because it was just getting really heatsoaked after every run.. my mods are.. full tbe exhaust 3" catless.. ported head, fuel pump, boost controller, intake, upper/lower pipes, forge bov and of course the cams... the numbers i got seemed what everyone would get without cams... someone diagnosis my problem with my low number... oh and it was like 60 humidity and 90 degrees at the shop

 

I still have not seen back-to-back comparisons of the HKS cams to the GSC S1 cams (on the same car). I have only seen unsubstantiated comments. That isn't to say I don't like my GSC cams, it's just there is no concrete data to back up the manufacturer's claims.

 

These cams are pretty good. I have a couple of these in stock if anyone is interested.
