I have a Baileys Motorsport DV/ Held 25psi during several boost leak tests. I havent tested it much higher than that.

SO if your Forge RS is fluttering @ part throttle, do you need to tighten it or loosen it?

Someone here tested the Works and Tomei.

In their testing the Tomei leaked @26psi and the Works leaked @ 27psi.

I used a Greddy type s, I didnet check for leaks but I can tell you my stock 1g valve went 12.20's and drove great, my crushed 1g went 12.00's and drove not so great, and my Greddy S went low 11.90's and drove pretty good. The Type s had the small spring in it and the screw turned in about 6 turns.

My MR valve leaked at 19psi. Crushed it held to 21psi.
I bought the APS dual vent. First test, and yes, it hissed at the screw. A little teflon tape and retest.
It held 40psi with no loss for over 5 mins. No complaints here with the APS unit
how do you regulate how mutch pressure it gets into this setup and where is the gauge saying it holds 40 psi im not doubting you just curious

What spring have you got in your unit!!
i just installed mine and ...... well the partial throttle
is terrible, bucks and dives to the point were it is almost like massive surge!

i am gonna try different spring if that don't work!
I am gonna burn it and dance around it.
