There is nothing wrong with the boost controller. If it was full open or broken it would boost 12-14psi minimum. If you are boosting below that, you have a coupler loose or vacuum line detached.

I've been searching and have read this entire thread also. I am completely stock and I'm boosting about 16psi. I've wondered if it's just the heat since we've been almost 100* for quite a while. But I've wanted to check for leaks. Do I need to pull the front bumper to check the lower IC pipes?

You can't just look at the pipes and see if there is a leak. You need to make a boost leak tester like in my previous post (~$10), hook an air compressor up to it and listen for leaks

Thanks for everyone help. I was able to find the problem in the leak. The flex pipe that connects to the intake manifold was leaking. Problem fixed for the moment but Im getting hard pipes 2day. Thanks everyone.

Have you put a new blow off valve on? Check to see if the valve on the bov is stuck open. It happened to me and i could only run like 5 pounds.
