Cant figure out the wastegate vacumn lines need help

I'm tryin to get my wastegate vacumn hoses back to stock. Guy that had the car before me messed it all up. I sorta have a clue how everything goes. I just installed a boost gauge and realized that my car was running like poop. 12PSI. Can anyone explain to me how the stock vacumn lines are suppose to look like on the wastegate and the turbo?? I keep reading about special vacumn lines.

^^That diagram will do the trick. Or you could look at the one that should be on your hood. Unless of course you have a carbon fiber hood.
