Exactly, whatever somebody wants to call it they should be able to without being attacked. if youthink someone is dumb or to F&F then don't click on the post when see NOS or a Nitrious question. That way that person can avoid being told his a newbie or whatever.

i'm done with this thread. Just lay off people sometimes.

agreed, I think we have some irritating people on this forum. Hopefully well be able to all come together someday without having to look and criticize at the way other people look at things.

For the record, theres only 1 "i" in NITROUS. COUGHJOSHSEVOCOUGH

I'm probably adding fuel to the fire but I'm amazed at how easily threads on this forum end up lasting 4 pages long when they should be maybe 4 replies long...since, if you actually look, thats about how many end up having actual usable info in them.

Guys, take it from an someone that has been around cars for awhile. Using terms such NAWS shows ignorance about performance in general. Go ahead make excuses for your lack of knowledge. One day you will understand.

If you was into cars long before the F&F came out, I clearly have seen how it has changed peoples views on the whole car scene. Basically we(older generation) are tired of all the negatives coming from this new generation of car guys.

For god sakes they are crushing cars these days for racing on the street. THANK YOU MORONS! One fun encounter and it is all over. Why? you know why.

Nothing like racing all around town like a complete douche bag. Trying to launch out a parking lot.....makes me sick....I am sure this is why others are so harsh about it.

little richer, little less timing, little less boost when using nitrous...

when ur off of it crank the boost up to lean it out a little more. Nitrous will raise the boost pressure a little bit.

Whoever is tuning your car should know this, if you're doing it yourself i suggest you find a professional to do it.

Cheers!

I didn't say I have used it, nor did I pretend that I had used it. I also didn't say that nitrous doesn't cause boost to go up. I said you won't RAISE the boost when using nitrous. You turn it down. He later specified what he meant, but he did not initially say it that way. It's obvious he has no idea what he's doing and has no business messing with nitrous. I have no idea why you mentioned ProccoEvo. I never once said nitrous is bad - I said it's bad for this guy.

Doesnt sound like he was attacking you at all. Feeling a little sensitive tonight?

He stated the pizza evo to show that he has experience with a car everyone knows that happens to be running a nice amount of nitrous.

Who says you turn down the boost?

Please only stick to subjects you have experience with.

Some much stupidity in this thread. To answer the man's original question. Yes you can run the car on a nitrous map w/o spraying the car. The timing will be a little less probably (not much on a 50 shot), but the car will run fine. The fuel for the nitrous (wet) is added at the nozzle so this should not be an issue either. The tuner just needs to not "cheat" and fine tune your nitrous map via the injectors. If he does, your fuel map will be off when not running the n20. A 50 shot on a car with a stock map will probably not require any timing changes. If the car has already been flashed, it is a different story.
