Car shakes upon ignition turning off

My car shakes pretty noticeably when I shut it down. I can feel the vibration in the pedals and steering wheel when I turn off the car. It feels like the motor mounts, but I honestly have no idea. I know this is a weak explanation, but anyone know what could cause this.

Most EVOs turn off pretty abruptly just the nature of the beast. though if it is worse than it ever was your mounts may be getting a little weak

try the weapon r or similar engine damper? they work pretty well for NVH, but you may have roughhoused your rubber mounts a bit much, u could swap to poly or fill stock with liquid poly if you wanted to save some dough
