You could but I would probably recommend sticking with making the purchase once. The reason I say this is because in order to swap it over you would need a new 02 housing, turbine housing, downpipe and the manifold. It would cost you more in the long run to do it that way.

Some think the tubular looks nicer. The horsepower will be a bit higher but the torque will suffer some.

If 500whp is the goal with a streetable turbo kit then you cannot go wrong with either our T3 57 trim or 58mm kits. Spool will be very aggressive in the low 4000RPM range since they use a compressor wheel that is very well matched to the turbine side. Top end power will be in the low 500s at full tilt on pump+meth or race fuel and they will still make 400whp+ with great powerband on straight pump gas. I just got my EVO back with our T3 58mm kit and will be happy to offer driving impressions if you'd like to discuss

Pricing on our kits is $3490 which includes EVERYTHING to install, not just some of the pieces as with other kits that require you to supply your own. We also include our equal length tubular manifold at that price and offer a lifetime warranty on all of our parts. In addition, all of the T3 turbochargers in our lineup (50 trim, 57 trim, 58, 60, 61 and 67) will swap in without changing any of the other parts in the kit. Makes it easy to go bigger later without breaking the bank or tossing out half of the kit.

We are PROUD to support our military if you haven't already heard, so contact me directly for pricing

The JE pistons are $650 and the Crower rods are $700.

Labor to do the drop in would end up being around $750.

Yes 400whp on pump isn't a problem even with a safe, conservative tune. How close to 450whp you make it will depend on the octane level of your pump gas, the tuner and your supporting mods

Our 3065 kit with our stages 1-4 and AEM EMS recently went 11.5 @ 118mph on 93 octane. That sounds around the numbers that you would be looking at roughly for what you're wanting to accomplish with the correct supporting mods.

I went 12.4 @120 with a 2.4 second 60' and a slipping clutch & easy shifting. She went from 86 to 120 in the back half. My alky kit is running the small squirter and running about 26psi of boost.

thanks for your interest in full-race products. there are a LOT of turbokit options out there, my advice is to do your research on all options so you can determine exactly which kit you works the best for what you are looking for.

for 450-500whp level, I recommend our twinscroll 30R turbo kit. This kit is going to spool very fast, make the broadest possible powerband and will be able to fit your needs for a long time. If you decided later on that you wanted more power, you could simply swap in a twinscroll 35R.

if you have any questions feel free to PM me. good luck!
