Umm, it's a 31"x12"x3", and I geuss that's because it's not your "standard" begay FMIC, but it is generic and does work quite well. Here's a link for the one I'm using, see what you think:

Something just doesn't feel right. I want to believe that these kind of numbers are attainable on pump gas but instinct says it can't happen. I hope its a legitimate claim because I'd love to pick one up and these numbers do a lot of talking if in fact they're valid.

To be quite honest, I never expected to break 400 WHP on 93 oct, so I'm quite pleased. Having a really smart tuner who's really good is is absolutely critical to making good, usable power. I think the tuner is the most underrated commodity here.

Well I have the dynographs and will gladly be posting them in the next day or two. I'm always cautious too, but instincts got nothing to do with it, your just skeptical and there's nothing wrong with that.

This is amazing!! I've been wondering what I could make on a IX with this turbo on 92, meth and either Cosworth or JUN cams...

sounds very promising

I've been told that the results aren't as dramatic when comparing an VIII to a IX, but the same numbers should still be attainable with the right tuner who knows his stuff.

It's not that I don't like the 1/4, it's just that I would get board going straight after a while. Last time I did the 1/4 was about 1 1/2 years ago, I messed up badly but still got a 12.8, w/ a 190-200 60 ft. and that was with an intk, exhst, re flash.

straight 93 pump? those are very good numbers!

what does a stock evo 8/9 make on that dyno?

looking forward to hearing what you trap in the 1/4.

Blamo: I'm curious what caused you to switch from your earlier HKS 280/272 cam setup to the 272/280 Buddy Clubs. Any actual benefit or just a horizontal move? Nice numbers BTW! Will you be running straight pump or race gas at Daytona?

Is that peak HP at 5800 RPM, or just peak torque?

I don't want to take credit away from anyone but I'd be suprised if the numbers we're not inflated. Its hard to believe 450whp on pump with that turbo. I remember last year someone made 450whp on the stock turbo 9 and was harrassed to go to the track for like 26 pages of thread only to trap 113mph.

Bring that beotch to the track just so we can see what she traps. Its also very weird to see peak power under 6k with only 22psi.

Have fun with it!
