For what it is worth, many high-powered turbo S2000 owners have this clutch and love it! I plan on getting it as well for my S2000, and was thinking about getting one for my wife's Evo (which will probably be making 450awhp in the not-so-distant future).

Ted: You have a very impressive mod list, but you didn't reference the clutch package you are using. Can you please tell me what it is?

I've decided to use a Tilton twin cerametallic. I initially considered a Carbonetics, but having found that the cost required to rebuild the Carbonetics is 3-4 times that of the Tilton, there is no redeeming value - none. Essentially, when it is time for the Carbonetics to be rebuilt, you will be buying another one ($$) ... over and over again.

Good luck.

Thanks for that info! Any particular reason you didn't get the carbon version?

I didn't purely due to reasons of cost. What would I be gaining from a $4000 clutch vs. a $1700 clutch? Nothing that I can see - except for a lot less money in my checking account. Also, with the carbon unit, it can be rebuilt 2, maybe 3 times, then it's another $4k. I need a clutch, not a money pit.

Some things that are practical for the drag strip just don't make street sense.
