GSC1 or 20g

Can't decide if i should go with cams or 20g because with the upgraded turbo i can do the install myself vs cams i have to pay 300.00 installation fee.Power wise will i get better result's with a 20g?

My clutch is still holding up.I heard a lot of horror stories with meth kit but that is not a bad idea coz as of now i'am running 100 oct all the time and here it $7.00 per gallon.

if you go with a 20g, you need a fuel pump, injectors, and a tune

I believe you are speaking from evo 8 experience...the 9 cams are nicely matched to the 9 turbo...Yes there can be gains from cams, but not like what was experienced with evo 8s...One will get more hp from the 20g, especially if running 100 oct or Meth...

We can install your cams no problem. Trust me it is a lot easier than a 20g install. Been there done that with another evo. Just like me know and we can do either one.

2 hour sounds little short for even skilled mechanics, don't they usually take like 3-4 hours for shops, 5-6 hours for people who have done it before and much longer for total beginners?

20g as in FP green? Because thats comparing a 650ish mod to 1700 dollar mod. Unless you're comparing cam with full insurance (valve & retainers, headstuds, timing belts) which would be about a grand, to knockoff FP greens or 6 blade 20g's which run for about 900-1100 new.

Don't forget, just because the turbo bolts on to stock manifold doesn't mean that it is plug n play, a tune (or retune) and upgraded fuel system is a must. The cams you can run untuned and be fine (although you gain quite a bit from a tune).
