Where is FIS in McKinney? I am in Dallas and I would like to go and see whats up, give me some ideas for when I pick mine up end of August. Hey TxEvo, we have a farm outside of Alto straight down 69, I think I may have seen you last time coming down 175 to 69 while going through Jacksonville, that is unless someone else in Jacksoville has a blu by you Evo which I highly doubt.

If you're going to raise boost beyond stock specs, keep these in mind:
* Is it worth it (consider the power to cost ratio)?
* Am I going to melt anything with the increased heat?
You can only go so far with the stock turbo before you break something. Bolt-ons and tuning will be sufficient (and easy) to reach 300+ whp and to some people - that's enough. But if you're a HP freak and want more, just upgrade your turbo, build your motor with internal upgrades, bigger IC, tune with an advanced tuning device like the AEM EMS (is it out yet?), etc.

True words for sure High Rev. Holding 19.5psi to redline might be a solution for added power, but not necessarily the best solution. The optimal path to power will always be the best dyanmic mix of air/fuel mixture, timing, and boost that makes the most power without overtaxing the engine. If that includes holding 19.5 psi to redline then so-be-it.
Having owned 11 turbo cars, I know that the load placed on an engine in the higher rpms, especially in higher gears, is just inviting detonation to occur.I also know that any stock boost map will typically taper boost in the upper rpm range.
From discussions with various tuners it appears that the stock FBC is limited to around 19.8psi of held boost pressure. Botom line is that you won't be seeing any re-flashes pushing higher than normal boost levels because Mitsubishi already has the FBC close to max at 19.5psi. I do know that according to my discussions with David at Works that the boost profile of the re-flash is not stock and has been massaged to gain the best power under the curve.
