AFR install (question about ECU Pinout)

AFR install (question about ECU Pinout)

THis should help anyone to install an HKS AFR

25 - 12V switched power to RED on AFR
26 - Chassis Ground to Black on AFR
84 - Throttle Position Sensor Signal to ORANGE on AFR
89 - Crankshaft Position Sensor to BROWN on AFR
90 - Volume Air Flow Sensor Signal <- Cut to YELLOW (harness side) and WHITE (wire to harness side)

Those all look right. Not sure about the 86 though, it's not used for the e-manage so I don't remember if it's right or not. I have a thread about installing the e-manage in the "How to" forum. My page has grid with the wire connections listed.

EDIT: Just looked at the pinouts, 86 looks correct as well.

it is, because thats what i have my greddy TT speed line attached to, i just really wanted someone to verify

Tach signal from what I've seen should actually be pulled from the pin called "crankshaft position sensor". That's the wire to tap in to when installing the HKS Turbo Timer's RPM wire to read the RPMs.

Also, when I was at RMR, Frank (long time rally mechanic) told me you should never ever tap into the ECU for power or ground. Get those elsewhere. If your hardware was to short out it could fry the ECU with it. That's what he told me. Sounds about right to me.
