performance problems
You need to have an expert Evo shop look at it, because if you think having a rev limiter means it's tuned, then you have no business with a used, modded Evo.

well i dont know how else it would have a rev limiter because there is no seperate device for a rev limiter and to mess with the ecu by putting a rev limit on it seems like it would be logical that he also tuned it.
but thats the only thing he actually left behind. everything else was put on by me. and if you didn't notice im not a real genious with cars but i like them and would like to learn more about them and just because i dont know a whole lot doesn't mean i shouldn't own the car.
but no slc isn't too far but i have another mechanic that is very familiar with them and im going to see what he says about it later today.
