Strange RPM issue after boosting

Hi all,

I did a search on this but didnt find anything and to tell you the truth im not exactly sure how to search for my exact issue. So here it goes, sometimes (but not extremely often) after I have boosted hard in 2nd or 3rd gear and let off my rpms stay up high. Kind of like my throttle is stuck open or something and i have to upshift and give it gas to get them to drop. Has anyone else experience this? It seems to me like my BOV isnt opening and the boost levels are keeping the throttle plate open even though my boost gauge doesnt show pressure? Is there something i should be worried about or checking? Any suggestions would be great

Thank
Troy

Its the ICV sticking (was in mt case, exactly the same symptoms), take it out clean it and stick i back in see if it helps, if not get a new one.

I had the same problem before and after changing the ECU, threw out old ICV installed new one, problem solved
