SSAutochrome's internal wastegate o2 housing dump.

Anyone ever use one of these?

$110

Says its for a 'big' 16g. How is that any different than are current, if any difference?

That dump pipe isn't compatible with the 16g in the 8 or 9. That is designed for use in a DSM that has swapped to the evo 3 "big 16g" turbo. I've seen at least one local dsm owner with that setup on his/her car and it's louder than hell.

SSAutochrome has ..... questionable.... quality. They have been making headers and various other products for years, and the "quality" has been less than spectacular.

Caveat Empur.

I installed a SS Autochrome header on a MR2 recently, had to re-mill the base flange because it was so thin it warped within 5 minutes of install and blew out the exhaust gasket. We also had to weld on a new flange to the cat because the orientation was incorrect

weird, ive installed a couple on some sentra's se-r including mine, and its been on there for 3 years no cracks or anything perfect fit, and the flange was super thick. It was actually better than the hotshot headers when hotshot was in business...

Its give or take with SSAC....

You see alot of SSAC in the Nissan community... SR/RB etc..
I thought about getting one for my RB.. since its so cheap.. if it cracks then i could get another one.. or fork out the cash for somthing real nice.

I use to have a PeakBoost Manifold and i just loved that thing.. but at a mear 1K... sorta hits the pocket pretty hard.. lol
