TOB popping out is an install issue. If you dont stab it perfectly centered it is very easy to bend the clip setup. Then it can pop out. I beg you to find me one post where a new car had a TOB pop out. The factory clip is identical to what comes on the exedy twin. It is very hard to install a tranny without bending the clip prongs. Especially when you install on the ground at home.

The clutch is mint i have on in my car. I installed it myself and had minor issues with the wedge collar. I wont judge a clutch until you drive on it when it is together properly.

Never had any problems with my Exedy twin either, looks like is an install issue.
I have over 20K miles and over 100+ track passes on it

I think you should rethink who installs your clutch. If your the one I think you should be patient and make sure everything is perfect next time you tackle it. When I did it at my house I find that droping the whole centermember and leaving the power steering hanging or proped on something is the best way to put the tranny back on. I had the engine tilted downward in a 45 degree angle and then put the tranny on and then lifted the engine and tranny together so that it would slide in like butter and have someone screw the tranny mounts in once its level. It's alot easier said than done but you get the point.
