Does anyone notice a strange rumbling sound come from the engine bay when they have the fan in the car on its highest setting. MY accelerator pedal also vibrates a little. The car only has 300 miles on it and this just started.

Any ideas?

I will probably take it to the dealer next week and say WTF, but I figured I would see if anyone ran into the same issue first.

Would you by any chance be deccelerating in 3rd, 4th or 5th gear at the time? If so, you may have that decceleration noise that half the members have.

 

Nope, the sound can even be heard at idle.

I spoke with a mechanic friend of mine and said the engine can just be strained by the compressor. Who knows, we'll see what the dealer how to say.
