I'm curiuos, what about this turbo causes it to surge? I just bought one from someone who said it was a 20G LT TME, but in the details shows it's just a regular 20G TME. It's also a 6 blade.

I had a stock 03 w/9.8 so once this is tuned it should be better. Seems to be rated at 430hp. What makes it surge vs the 5 blade though? I see conflicts on this all over the site.
