Has Forcedperformance been returning peoples calls?
in theory if they had someone dedicated to phone and online sales that would make sense, but a lot of these places dont have someone designated to handling customer service issues. I understand trying to call them but if there is no response then email would seem to be the best alternative.
Sorry for the thread jack, but does anyone have any info on the possibility of an EVORed turbo? If anyone actually figures out how to reach FP, please ask about the EVORed. Thanks!

I don't see how everyone is having such a hard time getting a hold of FP. If I get no answer from option 3 I just wait a few minutes then call back and get someone. I have e-mailed them once and got a response back within 24-48 hours. I do think their customer service could be improved, but once you get someone on the line, they are real helpful and don't try to rush you off the phone; maybe that's why their lines are tied up sometimes.
Go troll somewhere else, or go wash you sti, do something useful...

Look at the time stamps on this thread, then see who dug this up from months ago...
I sent an email out two weeks ago inquiring about some of their products. I ended my email with saying that I would wait to hear back before I purchase anything. I have had NO respone. Hence why they have none of my money. Honestly I could care less if they return my emails/calls or not. If I want their products that bad I'll purchase from Buschur.
Funny, only one other company has given me such useless customer service, and that was HRE. HRE, like FP, seemed to not care if I purchased their products, or not. That's how you know that FP's products are everything they are made out to be, because, they need perform no form of customer service to generate sales. Their products do that already.

Yeah, this Fullerton bloke is a hater from an STI board. He was just recently involved in a similar anti-vendor(FP specifically) slander attack in another thread that had to be locked by EvoM administrator.
