Has Forcedperformance been returning peoples calls?

I was just wondering if the guys at FP have been returning calls? I been trying for the past week to call and inquire about the HTAGT35R, left a message and heard nothing back....

I've called them dozens of times over the last year, and always get someone in person or a return call within a couple hours at most.

Call again.

I have heard that they have been known for not answering or returning phone calls. Usually if its a general question i just call buschur since i end up buying the product anyways.

But buschur just mentioned in a post that he wont sell the turbochargers alone....
If buschur would be willing to supply the turbo alone, then I would have gladly bought from him a long time ago, since I have a ton of his parts (and AMS's) on my EVO anyway.

Most companies have a sales line and a tech service line. They are routed to people with different skills. If you need to ask about buying something, push the button for SALES. If the sales person does not have some information you need, they'll find the person who does. If you leave a message on tech for a product you didn't buy yet, most places will not put you on the top of the priority list.

I'll sell the magic phone number for $5.00 per inquiry, or you can just find it on FP's web page

I think Robert is kept hidden from the rest of the world inside a small room where he comes up with these designs all day for the new greatest thing. Only DB has access so he can sell the stuff and feed robert scraps from time to time

Took me about 3 weeks of unanswered emails and phone calls to finally get a hold of Robert to answer a few questions before I ordered mine. Very frustrating.

Almost every decent shop I've dealt with has massive customer service issues. It is annoying.

The annoying part of the whole process wears my patience thin, but ohh well....

Yes patience is the price to pay for great things in the car industry.
