Hes got everything he needs to have it make some good numbers.
A) When choosing a turbo for a particular application... what boost you may have run in the past really has no bearing in what you might choose going forward.

B) Turbo failures are very uncommon. You could run a Green, GT30, 50-Trim, or even a std turbo at 30 psi everyday and provided it's fed oil and water properly, I'd be surprised if the turbo did not outlast the engine everytime.

very true...mt stocker has 28 psi fed through it for months....and it kept on spooling.... im looking for a good street turbo that can maybe get me into the 10s....i may consider a 35r, but i think im leaning more towards a 3076 or a 3065..

An Evo Green car will likely make more hp and torque than a GT35R up to 5k rpm.

If you think driving a GT35R on a 2 litre around town, through bends, out of stoplights, etc is more fun than a Evo Green on a 2 litre I think your smoking something probably.

Think of it this way... your car is dead from 1-4k rpm... then at 4k you'll finally be making some power, but still slower than a green. Then finally at 5k she wakes up and is faster than the green, BUT... on pump there probably will never be more than a 100 hp between the two.

true that

If it was me and I wanted better spool than a 35R but still needed to retain mid-ten second capabilities, I'd get an HTA 3065. It should be very bit as good as a 35R up to 30#, from what I understand.

Why do people keep saying 3065. The guy said he had a 3076 and a 50trim which means he has a dam t3 flanged manifold, the 3065 is not t3 flanged.

What footprint does the turbine housing of a 3065 have anyway?
Sorry if this is OT.
