Gears Grind and Adjusting the Clutch Pedal Does Nothing??

Your main issue is the lack of full disengagement, obviously. Between the clutch and pedal you have the adjustable rod and hydrolic fluid pushing the fork assembly. I would make DAMN certain these things are pushing the fork arm as far as it can. Anything else would be the fork assembly failing to hold back the clutch from full engagement, right? Mine is always "clicky" going into gears when its cold out (extremely common with our cars, even from the factory sometimes) but goes away when the engine/tranny warms up. Is there any adjustment on the 2 bolts that hold the hydrolic push lever(pushing the fork arm)? Probably not
