List of MR Owners who has switched to 5 Speed

I managed to look up quite a few owners who did the 5 speed swap, I'd like to really see how many of you switched to the stronger 5 speed.

Also, if you did, list what your major problems were--probably 4th gear?

I'm currently in the process of getting a five speed. Heard too many bad stories and I am upgrading the Tranny/TC anyways

I know this.

Im not asking about car switches, or which tranny is better. I want to know who has switched.

Warrotalon (however you spell it) did it, Warmpepsi did it, Razorlab did it, TTP might have done it but not too sure, Nos (something or other) is doing it. Are you really THAT intreagued about swapping?

Are people upgrading before they have problems with their 6 speed? I thought the only problems people were having with the 6 speeds were during road-racing. I thought the problems were developed during road racing and not the inherent stregnth of the gearset in the 6 speed...just curious.

saying the evo tranny whether is be 5 spd or 6 spd is up to the driver. I'm sorry my 5 spd gearbox run perfectly, no problems. If your having a problem with your 5 spd then either a)your a horrible driver or b) you might have a manufacturer's problem with yours. Not every evo I'm sure is built EXACTLY the same there are variances in terms of builds.
