Have any one done it before.. will it help or is that my 044 have problem..
Any one have try to make the 044 intank?. does it help lower the noise alot?.
Do you use Collector tank(SARD) and put the Bosch 044 intank?

In the VW world there were alot of people installing boxes over the Bosch pumps to cut down on the noise with great success. Try isolating the pump on some rubber and make sure you don't have a fuel filter before the pump because that will make it nosiy. From my experience the Walbro external is a bunch more noisy then the Bosch 044 so no option in swapping pumps. I wish a vendor would try and fit the 044 to the evo fuel pump assembly because it is a FAR superior pump when it comes to reliability and will outflow it anyday of the weak when you start uping the fuel pressures .
