Buschur, AMS, and Speed Source all make good bushings. I have the Buschur bushings, but I'd honestly just go with whichever is the cheapest since they'll all feel/function the same. I installed some Speed Source ones in my friend's car last weekend and they fit perfectly. I think they're nearly identical to my Buschur bushings except they're brass rather than aluminum.

Speaking of which, I need to relube my bushings tomorrow.

i just wanted to say go with AMS because i ordered this past monday, before AMS said that the shipping would be free. but DAN from AMS called me right after my second post in this thread and put the differance owed to me as if the shipping was free for my order placed early this week. it was only a $7 dollor differance but he still took the time to call, and put the money back as a credit.

AMS FTW end of discussion!

As soon as a order is placed online it is not charged instantly. It gets process by our internet orders associate and he calculates the right shipping charge for you before the credit card is charged to make sure that you are not over charged for shipping. If there is a case where he has to do this, then he always emails the customer letting then know that the charge is much less. Again we have only seen this issue with over calculating on items that weigh around a pound or less.I do apologize about this inconvenience and please feel free PM me if you need any assistance in the future.

Thanks
hey its no problem, nothing is perfect in the computer world.. i just dont like shipping charges lol haha.. Thak you for the explenation! to AMS

The two piece design is pretty easy to install. It's a shifter bushing, not a lot of science in it but it sure does make the shifter feel better.

Cant wait to put them in

i have buschur 5-speed bushings and love them. ams is also a good choice cause if i am correct both make them in aluminum which i feel is a better choice than some of the brass ones i saw.

makes the shifter feel better...and in some cases eliminates hard shifting or lockout....even better when u use the underhoods+base bushings+stainless clutch lines

I have the Buschur shift linkage underhood bushings in my MR and they feel great...it would be nice for someone to produce shifter base bushings & a short shift kit for the MR though!
