Grinding noise when turn and slowing down

I was wondering if it's normal for Evo to have a grinding noise like the brake caliper is holding on to the brake even when I have my foot off the brake. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Have you checked your brake pads recently? Maybe one of your caliper pistons is stuck?

No, just bought it not too long ago

I just got the Evo about one and a half week ago so I wasn't sure if it's normal or if I should check into it.

You just bought an 05 so you might want to check the pads out. I know mine when i bought mine, the pads were gone the next summer of 06.

Check the pads. Sounds like its time for new ones.

if your foot is off the brake pedal and you still get the noise on cornering, it could be a wheel bearing. Does it do it in both right and left handers? If so, it's probably not a wheel bearing, but if it's one side or the other, that's a definite possibility.

I suppose I'll just take it back to the dealer to have them check it since I haven't had it for long. By the way, I got mine for $24500 with 31.8K miles. Is that a good deal or a rip off? No big deal but just wondering. I love it anyway.

check the pads, fluid, lines, piston, or you might have to have your rotors turned

Price is kinda high imo for a 8(mine was $26k 21kmiles in 2004), if brake pads are new, you may need to bed them.
