T67 vs GT35R vs ETS turbo kit

The T67

The GT35R

The ETS

please help me im cought in the middle and dont know which 1 to buy, basically what im looking for is to make between 500-650 whp without loosing powersteering or a/c. And with the quickest spool up, with the least possible lag.

Okay here we go my setup......

NOW:

Intake
3" HKS Exhaust
02 Housing
Boost Controller
SAFC2
Walbro Fuel pump
HKS 272 Cams
HKS Cam Gears
BOV w/ piping

Future PREP b4 upgrade turbo:

Clutch
FMIC
Meth/Injec
AEM CPU
AMS Fuel System
Catch Can
Intake Manifold
Injectors

and possibly a Stroker Kit 2.3L

so as of now im not stock but by the time it comes to buy the bigger turbo i wont be anywhere near stock

Here we go.......

Those goals are not attainable with the car you own on a stock motor on pump gas.

I agree with this comment.

Don't forget Buschur and Shearer for turbo kits.

Buschur has a customer car making way over 500awhp on 93 octane, it can be done with a great tune and the best parts.

WOW!! To be honest, anything above 450whp on a 4 banger is like playing Russian rullette. Some people may get away with it, but their car is in tip top shape, not DD.

Consider he is doing that at almost 30lbs of boost as well.........

Which IMO is not a good idea on a stock motor.....

okay....with 2.3 stroker +meth + ETS PT63, you should be in the 550 whp or so. Before you make a thread you should really list the mods you got and the future mods you are getting. Also you should think about some piston and rods to safely make that power.

Call up TOM on monday at ETS and talk to him and he should be able to help you more on which kit is perfect for you setup. Great bunch of guys.

GT35 R is the one you want. You will not get those numbers on 93 octane. But it will get you over 500 whp with race gas tune.

he said he's going to have a meth kit before the turbo so I think he'll be able to get 500+ with the 35R kit

i lik the GT35 kit dont be me wrong but the BB turbos are so sensitive and delicate, that it makes me peranoid. And i know that the T67 or the ETS turbo kits seem to make about the same power, but are not as popular. Ive seen plently of BB big turbo Evos down here from GT28s to 42s. But i have only seen 1 EVO with a T67 which ran pretty sick, and i dunno about the ETS.

So does anybody in here have T67? or the ETS set up when do they usually spool at and REVIEWS!!

You're right, the T67 should make more power than the 35R. T67 is almost like a 37R without the BB option. If I was you, I build the 2.0 so I can rev that thing to fully utilize the T67. Most troker engines are not rev happy.

I had over 250 drag races and 100plus dyno runs with no problems with the ETS 67 kit
