this same turbo has been used on hondas that are trapping 167 so far so i think its gonna make some decent power on the evo

well it doesnt make 900 on 28 psi.. so i am sure when i on 45psi it will be over 1000rpm later spool than a 35r.. however if the powerband carries to redline and doesnt drop off like a 35r ill sacrifice the 1000rpm of course..

In my experience with making a car go fast its not peak WHP its the entire band.. My old setup had 3000 rpm of 650+whp powerband.. a car that makes 650whp from 8000-8500rpm goes nowhere.. trust me i have raced cars making the exact same power as mine but my band was 3000rpm on 37r and theirs 500rpm on a 40r and i put a bus length on them..

A "street car" none the less...

Tony Palo is rocking the S372 and he just went 9.2X@167 on a 24.5" tire. He use to have the GT4294R and he has gone over to the Borg Warner... I mean...Bullseye power S372.

I thought these S372 turbochargers were more expensive then the GT4294R though?

Good luck on the tune and I agree, I've seen lots of big HP RWD cars be taken down on the street by AWDs with considerably less power but some good driving and setup with a fat power band.

On the comment about the GT35R only spooling 500 slower and this turbo not making the power, you should realize that a well setup GT4294R will get to 30 psi around 5500 RPM too.

yeah tony1 is a badass.. he has said the BW turbo has been one of the best things he has done to the car as of late.. a true FWD street car going 9.2@167 is no joke..
