What exactly failed on the turbo's (shaft, seals, etc)? Any idea on why they failed?

1st turbo the collar around the thrust cracked in the cartridge.. the next 1 scrubbed the comp. housing so we caught it early, the 3rd one has thrust play already.. its not an oiling issue or seals etc..

Sounds like it's back to the drawing boards for Bullseye turbos. 3 back to back thats definitely a problem.

they seem to be working ok for the honda guys.. Im not sure how many have run 48-50psi though..

Only a couple that I know personally. SO FAR no issues. I'm actually getting ready to order an S372 and S366 for two of our shop cars. If you ever need anything, help or ideas shoot me a pm or call my personal cell (in my sig, tuning). Be more than happy We were on the dyno until 4:00am trying to track down issues with our EVO

Same problem my buddy had with his Bullseye units. His touched the covers as well, both the 1st and 2nd unit. He is planning on going with the 70mm Borg with the Ball bearing option though. Maybe that will eliminate the movement some.
