Going for 900whp this Week!!! Pics Inside!!!
From what I know, there is NO ball bearing turbos from Borg Warner.
Their is from FI-engineering.com (aka forcedinductions.com). They are building my 70 ETT BB unit already and should be done within the next few weeks. They have already released the 62 and 66mm versions of it to a few guys with Grand Nationals. So far they make big power, have better back pressure due to different turbine wheel technology they have and spool quicker thanks to BB. I looked at them being made at their shop on the CNC machine they were using for those units. What caught my eye is they are packaged in the same chassis as the Precision, T-netic and ITS units, so they drop right in....no special manifold was. It was a easy choice for me...but I wanted to go BB now. I love the standard bearing version I have now and have beat the s**t out of it for quite some time.

might be worth getting a turbo speed gauge.
here is an intresting thread that i got the above info from (post 15)

Chris.
sounds stupid but are you overspinning the units?? i recently heard that overspinning can send the trubos into a gyroscopic motion which ***** up thrust bearings leaning to the wheels touching the covers.
dont think you would be but worht a thought.
might be worth getting a turbo speed gauge.

i spoke with bullseye today.. they seem to think the turbo is being overspun possibly also. I sent them all 3 units back so that they can give me an idea of whats going on..
