Gauging Interest - GTSPEC 3" HF Cat

I am trying to convince GTSPEC to come out with a 3" high flow catalytic converter for the Evo and they are a little hesitant at the moment as to how high the level of interest would be for something like that. I did a quick search of some of the main parts dealers/manufacturers on there and found that there really aren't too many HF cats that are designed to work with the stock system, or other parts that are also designed to work with the stock system. GTSPEC is mainly know for their chassis bracing, but make really high quality exhaust manifolds, and other products for our Evos as well. I am guessing that people in SoCal and other places with strict SMOG laws would be interested as well as competitors in the Street AWD class of the Redline Time Attack as the new rules are most likely going to require use of a catalytic converter. So if the pricing was in-line with the competitor's HF cats, how many people would be interested in a 3" GTSPEC HF cat that bolts up to anything designed to work with stock components?

Well first I would have to convince them that there is enough interest for them to go through the process of making a new product, then they make a prototype, then we get a price. Lets say for now though that its in the same ballpark as the competitors which is around $150 which is probably pretty realistic.
