Thats what the rev limit is set at. I have been taking to 8500 or so. I have hit the limit a few times in 2nd & 3rd.

Keep in mind he is not running a lot of boost as it is a stock motor. At 35psi, that turbo would lay down even more impressive hp and tq numbers..

37r + needs the revs from a 2.0...
reading owns you...i said build it...meaning 2.0 to a higher CR..which we know as compression ratio..or he can stroke it..

yes a 37r is to big for a stock bottom end..at stock cr..that is why his torque is so low..

sean ivey tuned it on 100 oct and meth to 35 lbs. stock bottom end spining to 8500.. made well over 550 whp and tq...like 580 or something insane..

37r is *** on a stock block....it's to big..look at his tq and the graph 6krpm?? eeww.. usable nope..it's flat granted..tuned well for what it is.. but from what 6500 to 8k??

if you are leaving the bottom end stock a 37r is not the best choice...anyone will tell you that

i mean come on you guys see whp and are all ga ga..get some ets..

run the car at the track see what you run..
