Fitment issues with LICP

Well I was putting stuff on the car this weekend and my LICP that came in the Injen kit is not fitting on there. It's about 2 inches off which is really frustrating because it just barely doesn't fit on there.

My Question is, does anyone else use this kit and have some advice? If I had a couple that would attach it to the IC a bit better that would even work. I put the stocker back on for now but this is going to have to be resolved. Maybe I will have to pick up a Nisei unit to replace this one.
