Exedy Twin Dist Hd Ceramatallic

Does anyone know what thickness they need to be rebuilt at, ive been looking around and cant seem to come across anything that gives me a good answear because im wanting to buy one off a guy he says the thickness of the plates are 0.1496" or around 3.8mm, is this still good for a while or does it need to rebuild. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!
