Probably not a night and day difference, but it's a good starting point.

A turn or two is way too much. If you do adjust the idle screw, I would start with 1/4 turn. Do it with the car off, 1/4 turn counter-clockwise, then start the car and see how it idles. The how-to referenced above was written before Ecuflash was available. Idle can now be adjusted using the idle tables in Ecuflash. If you adjust your idle screw those tables become less usable.
