hey guys,

i am doin a 5 speed convertion on my mr, currently i have the ACT xtreme clutch with the 6 puck sprung disc and a prolite flywheel. But i am planning later on to get my motor built and i heard that the ACT clutch locks out in high revs!!!! So my question is what clutch do you guys recommend me to do??? Right now i have 500 whp an looking to make more power...i need a clutch that is easy to drive because i drive my car a good amount!!! so please help me out

The Twin is rated at over 500 ft/lb's of tq.

 

Either a exedy or Tilton twin disc will do you great.

The Exedy Twin is just about as easy as it gets.

How does the Tilton compare?

 

Ive never had a problem driving them on street, they are streetable.

 

They are basically the same clutch.
