question about oily spark plugs

hey guys, i dont post much but i wanna see what you guys think about my situation.

first off, i got just basic bolt ons, mas pipe, upic pipe, evo 9 bov, forge mbc, tbe. no flash or have never even really had the valve cover off the car. its an 03 evo8 with 63k on the odo.

now the problem, had put plugs in about 25k ago. they were bpr8es, copper ngks one step colder. pulled them out today after being at ams yesturday where i purchased some bpr7es, copper stock heat range plugs. we can all agree i needed new plugs after this 25k of "fun" driving. ( i know i should replce more and will on out) but i pulled the plugs and on cylinders 2 and 3 ((LEFT TO RIGHT)pass to driver) i had oil down in the plug wholes. plug wholes 1 and 4 stayed dry and didnt look to have any obnormality at all. i have pics of the head and of the plugs below but i'm wondering if its a huge problem to worry about or if its just normal wear. wasnt standing oil just oily residue. the oil was seemingly absent on the actual electrode end of the plug, but right on top of the threaded area there was a reasonably sized amount. the cars oil consumption is absent, the oil level doesn't change in whats usually close to 4,000 miles or every oil change. before someone might ask i use 10-30 mobil 1 full syn. extended prof. 4.75 qts. and a mobil 1 filter.

I am wondering could this just be caused by leaky o-rings in the valve cover due to the seemingly dry electrode end of the plug. i have the crank case just draining under the car. i had a breather filter but removed it after reading they could cause high crankcase pressure? so now i have a tube running and dumping to under the car. blow-by on my car is noticable but not horrible by any means. What do we think? i need your help to pin point this problem to calm my nervous. thanks guys

these are the plugs out of what i called cyl 1 and 4 above. seemingly ok just in need of a change

plug from cyl 2

plug from cyl 3

whole cyl 3

this is what 1 and 4 looked like, both similar

whole for cyl 2

I would say its the valve cover gasket leaking. Also dont run copper plugs for that long, I replace mine at every oil change.

get rid of that breather for your valve cover and get an oil catch can

I agree that it looks like the spark plug valley gaskets are leaking under the valve cover.

Yea, this would be the easier fix. Make sure you run a small filter and don't leave it open unlike other fools.

just something that happend to me ,,,,, same thing oil in the plugs closer to the throttle body,,,, the issue was i still had by cranckcase connected to the intake and the blowby oil was getting pushed into the intercooler system utlimatly ending up inside the intake manifold and cumbustion chambers ,,,,

i replaced plugs, cleanned intercooler with grease lightning, disconnected the CC from the intake and problem resolved
