i have asked around before but i want to get more answers, oppinions, and information, from evo owners in california who use aftermarket cams. can the car pass smog with cams?

i know that technically it is illegal to use after market cams because of emissions but is it possible to pass with any say running the stock catalytic converters?

 

I'm interested in this as well.
