Need smog help for my evo 9 (norcal)

I'm in norcal and my evo 9 just won't pass smog. If someone could pm me with some help I'd really appreciate it.

Thank you

Go to Advanced Smog Center in Fairfield next to Travis AFB. All you need is a cat, even a HFC would work, and no CEL, and you're good to go. Mods won't matter either.

I'm sure they appreciate you posting on a public forum that they are "lax" smog station...

did they actually sniff (the new way) or just hook up to your ecu?
If just sniff then your car must have some codes so find a good tuner to fix it.
Either way find a good tuner to tune your car and, if you can, do an e85 map and use it to get smog. Mine passed with e85 and catless 2 years ago. Last month, I passed the ecu check only. My car is fully tuned. Good luck.
