ballers only!!! if your trying to just get power not worrying about looks then just get your stocker ported...PPI does eccelent job in porting and couting but if you want that tubular look then spend a lil more money and get the mynes or full-race

Actually I tested the GT Spec on the dyno and you will make better power with the ported stock manifold. You should be able to find the dyno sheets and results of the testing on our website.

This makes sense. If people consider the physics of why the stock mani works better then most ported and coated. You want short runners and heat on a turbo of this size. This turbo can't produce high levels of boost at high RPMs so you do not want long primaries on the header. Instead you want thin (non-dense air) and the least amount of back pressure to the turbine wheel.

If I do get the sotck manifold ported and coated, when I replace the manifold studs will they oxidize again?

That thing is PIMP.

Any cons with a TI mani?

Whoops --- didn't read above posts --- never mind!

Unless you replace them with a stud made of metal that doesnt oxidize - yes.

ARP makes some nice SS exhaust manifold studs. They are little pricey but worth it IMO.
