which exhaust manifold to go with??

whats up guys. id like to invest in a different exhaust manifold/O2 housing in the near future here and would like some feedback/opinions on what you guys think would be the best suitable setup with retaining the stock turbo. thanks!

titek exhaust manifold/O2 housing
invidia exhaust manifold/O2 housing
megan racing exhaust manifold/O2 housing
GT spec exhaust manifold
DN performance exhaust manifold/O2 housing
MAPerformance port/polished exhaust manifold/MAPerformance O2 housing w/external dump (kinda leaning toward this one myself )

plenty of companies make external o2 dumps now

as far as a manifold...you are wasting money on anything other than a ported coated stocker

I have to agree with Chaotichoax. It fits with in a budget, and reliability is higher.

There are a lot of stainless exhaust manifolds available now, and some are well though out and made. There are a couple that make more power than the ported stocker, but everyone is so hung up on it, no one will share their findings on Evo M.

forget stocker i say either Fullrace prostock or the Shearer stock replacement both have been proven to make nice gains over the stocker ported. Are they 500 of course not but sometimes you have to pay alittle to get more out of it.

I would stick with BR ported exhaust manifold. I had gains when i switched from my megan o2 housing to the shearer o2 dump.

MAP Rev2 ported/coated exhaust manifold and a coated Megan o2 housing would be my choice. I'm not a big fan of o2 dumps which is why I recommend the Megan, but if you want one then the MAP unit is definitely a quality piece at a good price.
