Question Bigger fuel pump needed?

As of right now all hte mods in my sig are installed besides the aem ems, and the aem meth kit. I have a 255lph walbro, and from what i understand it maxes out once you hit 500whp. now im about to have my meth n ems installed, and i plan on making over 500whp, do i need a new fuel pump? from what i understand / thought, because ill be running meth i dont really need a larger fuel pump since the meth will be like a fuel addative?

You and me have the same stuff almost, except I have the AEM EMS and the AEM meth kit. I needed two in tanks pumps and you will too. plus the regulator and all theat fancy stuff. So prepare on dropping another 1000 bucks to get it all bought and installed.

If go with Meth you will not use as much fuel, so I wouldn't worry.

+1, and if you do need more fuel, do the BR double pumper and you won't need an aftermarket FPR, as the second pump is only active under boost.

Mellon and his setup was recommended to go with the BR double pumper from David himself.

when would you really need a FPR???? cause i should be at 400WHP as soon as i get home from the sandbox..........I did have bad idle problems when i installed my Fuel pump, 680 injectors and fuel rail. But once i tuned it the idle problems occur once in a very blue moon...........i think its cause i installed it and i wasnt in need of alot of fuel at the time. I installed it though in preparation of the 20g and meth......

of course david is going to suggest a buschur racing fuel pump

but if its not needed, i don't feel like dishing out another 450$ for a double pumper.

you'll either need more pump or more injector, your choice. I'd go with more pump personally. I'm running a similar setup and I chose the buschur double pumper.

You are not going to see 500 on pump so don't worry about it. When you bump the boost up with the meth then that will take care of the rest. Get your car running right and stop adding **** before hand. It has been awhile now with all those parts. Install the ems, get it tuned. Personally just have tamer tune your car with the meth ans see how you like it. Better driveablity with the stock maf.

you are correct... I stopped at GT35R in the list of mods, and assumed he had the proper supporting mods (like bigger cams for one) to run that turbo. No need for bigger injectors or pump with his supporting mods as listed.
